All fees, expenses and third party costs are agreed in advance.
Depending on the type of project we can invoice on completion, at the end of each stage, or on a monthly basis. Longer term campaigns normally based on a monthly retainer, averaged throughout the year, or on a framework agreement. We won't make hollow promises or guarantees that can't be honoured.
John Foster was a member of the Suffolk branch of the Prince's Youth Business Trust (now the Prince's Trust Enterprise Programme), helping evaluate businesses for grants and loans, provide support and promote the Trust's work. Since then he has been closely involved with a number of successful business start-ups (and has learnt valuable lessons from some that were less successful). He has direct experience of launching various publications and of course Media Matters itself.
The BBC - Media Matters held the launch marketing account for BBC Radio Suffolk and worked on other BBC projects in the Eastern Region.
Other major clients have included several NHS trusts, Business Link Suffolk and the construction materials multinational Cemex (including the UK-based company it purchased - RMC).
